I just love love love quick and easy recipes. I'm not much of a baker, so anything that can make it go faster and turn out better is a huge attention-getter for me. I want to try using other cake mix flavors with different add-ins at some point (like chocolate cake with white chocolate chips or spice cake with diced apple pieces). Read more We shall see!! Ingredients
- 1 Box cherry cake mix shopping list
- 1 Egg shopping list
- 2 cup Cool Whip; thawed shopping list
- 6 Maraschino cherries (6 or 8); chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Mix above ingredients.
- With teaspoon roll into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls, drop into bowl of powdered sugar.
- Roll to coat ball.
- Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees until golden, about 10 to 15 minutes.
