How to make it

  • Peel and devein shrimp. Coat shrimp with olive oil and sprinkle with Outdoor Gourmet Seafood Seasoning. Place shrimp on a metal skewer with mushroom caps, cherry tomatoes, sweet pepper and baby onions alternating the shrimp with the vegetables. If using wood skewers, place in water for 15 to 20 minutes to soak prior to grilling.

  • Place the kabobs on the grill for several minutes on each side or until shrimp turns pink.
