Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers

Quick and fun variation on American standard. These jalapeno and cream cheese stuffed burgers are great for a cookout.
Ingredients
- 2 c seeded and chopped jalapeno peppers shopping list
- 2 (8oz) cream cheese,softened shopping list
- 2 lbs ground beef shopping list
- 8 hamburger rolls,split shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare grill for med. heat. When ho,lightly oil grates. In medium bowl,stir together the jalapenos and cream cheese.
- Divide the ground beef into 16 portions and pat each one to 1/4" thickness. Spoon some of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of 8 of the patties,pressing edges together to seal. Top with remaining patties,prssing edges to seal.
- Grill about 10 mins per side or till well done,taking care not to press on burgers as they cook. This will make the cheese ooze out. Serve on buns with favorite toppings.
