Hamburger Swiss Casserole

- 1- 1 1/2 LB. Ground Beef shopping list
- 1/2 c. chopped onion shopping list
- 1 can cream of celery shopping list
- 8 oz. sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 c. milk shopping list
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 or a little more of thyme-as I mix in I go by smell and taste because it should not be an overwhelming taste of the thyme but just enough to taste shopping list
- 1 can of SUMMER CRISP CORN ~ by Del Monte, drained (any corn can be used but this is the crunchiest corn you will ever have out of a can, TERRIFIC! shopping list
- 1 can of green beans (french style) drained shopping list
- 1 box of Stove Top Stuffing (the original...sage/seasoned) PREPARED shopping list
- Swiss Cheese~ depending if they are small square slices or long rectangles is going to determine how many slices you need to cover the entire 13X9 dish, I use rectangles and about 6 or 9 is what you need~~ I love all cheese to cover the entire dish even if they overlap. shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
- In large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, milk, worcestershire sauce, and thyme
- Add the ground beef/onion and mix
- Add the corn and green beans and mix
- Put in a 13x9 casserole dish and top with swiss cheese slices
- Top with PREPARED stuffing
- Bake at 350 for about 30 min or til bubbly and stuffing is a LITTLE browned or crisped (don't over do it you dont want the stuffing hard and burnt!
