How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375F,grease or line 12 muffin cups.
  • In a bowl, beat together applesauce, flaxseed, soy milk, agave nectar and maple extract until smooth.
  • Add flours, bran, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix just until blended - do not beat.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in the tin before unmoulding

    These are gorgeous Jo jo ba! My son tries to eat as healthy as he can and won't touch my normal 'baking' with a ten foot pole. I actually tracked down some Agave nectar and he will be tickled with this recipe. Yummy, yet healthful too! Another great post and congrats for being featured on the Home Page! You always have lovely recipes!
