Spinach Salad Supreme

Not your usual spinach salad. Adapted from a first-place-winning recipe in "Horseradish Recipes From the Horseradish Capital of the World", compiled by the International Horseradish Festival.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery shopping list
- 1/4 onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup cubed Cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients
- Add the celery, onion, eggs, cheese and spinach and mix so that the dressing evenly coats the ingredients
