Molten Chocolate Cakes

- 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup icing sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 6 Tbsp flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipped topping, thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Butter 3 (3/4 cup) custard cups or soufflé dishes.
- Double boiler is required. Melt the butter first. Add chocolate and stir with a wire whisk until chocolate is melted.
- Stir in sugar and blend well. Whisk in eggs and egg yolks. Stir in flour.
- Divide batter between prepared custard cups.
- Bake for 13 to 14 minutes or until sides are firm but centres are soft. Let stand for 1 minute.
- Carefully run a small knife around the cakes to loosen them. Invert cakes onto dessert dishes.
- Top with 1 Tbsp whipped topping and serve immediately.
