Beet Greens With Bacon, Walnuts And Walnut Oil

- 1 bunch beet greens shopping list
- 4 slices of smoky bacon, cut into strips shopping list
- 1/4 cup walnut pieces shopping list
- 1 TBSP walnut oil shopping list
- Salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Wash beet greens thoroughly
- Cut off the stemy end from the greens and cut into 1" pieces
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until browned
- Toss in walnuts and toast until they release a nutty aroma
- Add beet greens and saute until greens are wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with walnut oil.
- Serve immediately.
