Mexican Roast Beef Roll Ups

When I need a quick yummy lunch or dinner, this is one of the best!!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 Tbs salsa shopping list
- 20 pack small flour tortillas shopping list
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef shopping list
- lettuce shopping list
How to make it
- Mix sour cream, mayo, and salsa in bowl.
- Lightly brown both sides of tortillas in skillet.
- In middle of tortilla spread salsa mix.
- Put 2 or 3 slices of roast beef.
- Top with lettuce, roll up and enjoy!!
