Bourbon Cake Bites

- 3/4 cups finely chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/4 cup bourbon shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 7 oz can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1 lb plus 1 cup of powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 pkg (16oz) chocolate CANDIQUIK® shopping list
How to make it
- soak pecans in bourbon for several hours for best flavor.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, vanilla, and salt - should be fluffy. Slowly beat in sweetened condensed milk.
- Stir in pecan mix and powdered sugar - blend well.
- Form the dough into 1-inch balls, and roll each ball in sugar.
- Place the finished bourbon balls on a cooling rack to finish setting up.
- Melt CANDIQUIK according to directions on package, dip the bourbon balls and coat evenly, using either a spoon or toothpick. Allow to dry on wax paper.
