Ingredients
  • 1 (7 ounce) box ring macaroni, prepared as directed on box
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can Le Sueur early june peas, drained (or 1 cup Green Giant Select Le Sueur frozen baby peas, thawed)
  • 1 cup celery, finely diced
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup onions, finely diced
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or less, use to taste)

Directions
  1. Gently mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

Hey, someone who knows what macaroni rings are!!! THE best pasta noodle in the world, because it doesn't absorb all the sauce like elbow pasta, etc. This recipe must have originated IN Minnesota, because I grew up on the exact same recipe 75 miles south of you!!!
