How to make it

  • Blanch beans in salted water for about 7 minutes, or until crisp but tender
  • Shock beans in an ice water bath and set aside
  • Cook pasta to al dente and rinse in cold water until completely cooled and set aside
  • Cook bacon until crisp, drain and coarsely chop
  • Drain beans and pat dry with kitchen towel
  • In a large bowl whisk together ranch, vinegar and pepper
  • Add beans, pasta, bacon, tomatoes, chicken, cheese and toss well
  • Serve at room temperature or chilled
