Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed shopping list
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces shopping list
- 1 box fusilli pasta, cooked al dente shopping list
- 12 strips thick bacon, cooked and chopped shopping list
- 2 cups ranch dressing shopping list
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 pound grape or cherry tomatoes, cut in half shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesano reggiano shopping list
How to make it
- Blanch beans in salted water for about 7 minutes, or until crisp but tender
- Shock beans in an ice water bath and set aside
- Cook pasta to al dente and rinse in cold water until completely cooled and set aside
- Cook bacon until crisp, drain and coarsely chop
- Drain beans and pat dry with kitchen towel
- In a large bowl whisk together ranch, vinegar and pepper
- Add beans, pasta, bacon, tomatoes, chicken, cheese and toss well
- Serve at room temperature or chilled
