I use this seasoning mix as a dry rub for ribs, in my Tangy Pit Beans recipe (which I am also posting) and anything else I feel needs a little flavor kick. The rub comes from Mike Mills and printed in the cookbook Peace, Love and Barbecue. Read more The rub makes 2 1/2 cups of seasoning and lasts for several months kept in a Ziploc bag. How to make it

used this rub on the weekend on some nice back ribs I had in the freezer. I slow cooked them in the oven first then used your rub before putting them on the bbq........OUTSTANDING!
