How to make it

  • In a large dutch oven, saute bacon until crisp. Remove and reserve. Add onion, and celery and saute until soft, then stir in Flour and cook for 1-3 minutes stirring constantly. Add wine and cook for one-two minutes. Add clam broth (base & water if using) and potatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are soft. Add heavy cream and remaining ingredients. Simmer until fish and seafood are opaque. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top with crumbled bacon if desired.
  • Enjoy!
