How to make it

  • To make the glaze, combine the Blueberry syrup with the balsamic vinegar and garlic. Whisk in the olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Coat the Goat Cheese rounds on all sides with the nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Place cheese on a baking sheet and set in a 350F. oven for 10 minutes.
  • Divide the Greens between four plates and top each with a couple of rounds of cheese.
  • Drizzle with the glaze.
  • Enjoy!
