Baked Goat Cheese With Blueberry Balsamic Glaze Over Fresh Greens!

- 6 oz. goat cheese, sliced into 8 rounds shopping list
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and finely chopped shopping list
- 4 cups fresh baby greens, washed and patted dry shopping list
- Blueberry Balsamic Glaze: shopping list
- 1/4 cup Blueberry syrup shopping list
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 clove Garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- To make the glaze, combine the Blueberry syrup with the balsamic vinegar and garlic. Whisk in the olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Coat the Goat Cheese rounds on all sides with the nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Place cheese on a baking sheet and set in a 350F. oven for 10 minutes.
- Divide the Greens between four plates and top each with a couple of rounds of cheese.
- Drizzle with the glaze.
- Enjoy!
