How to make it

  • In a large skillet, melt butter; add chopped pepper, onion, and celery and saute until tender. Stir in flour until blended. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add the drained tuna and salt and pepper to taste. Add wine, if desired, and parsley. Transfer mixture to a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Arrange refrigerated biscuits evenly over top and bake at 450° for 20 minutes, or until biscuits are browned.[

    I am totally trying this. Just 'new' to the canned tuna scene and i think it's awesome. This looks like a great mid-week dinner combined with pure 'comfort food'. Thanks so much!
