How to make it

  • Wash potatoes and chop into bite size pieces (no need to peel)
  • Boil potatoes for approximately 7 min. or until tender
  • Chop herbs (use food processor if you have one, otherwise be sure to chop very finely)
  • Drain water and pour potatoes into a gallon size zipper bag
  • Add all ingredients and shake to stir
  • Place potatoes in aluminum foil shiny side out and seal completely
  • Grill for about 10 minutes
  • Serve!
  • Note: I added a few shakes of McCormick Grill Mate Mesquite flavor to these last time and it added a yummy flavor.

mmmm....buttery taste with the Yukon Golds and dill... I don't usually make taters with fish, but...ummmm...yeah! :) These would certainly "go" :) Glad I stumbled on it. Thank you!
