Grilled Dill Potatoes

- 6 yukon gold potatoes shopping list
- 1 tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill shopping list
- 2 tbsp. fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- shake on some salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Wash potatoes and chop into bite size pieces (no need to peel)
- Boil potatoes for approximately 7 min. or until tender
- Chop herbs (use food processor if you have one, otherwise be sure to chop very finely)
- Drain water and pour potatoes into a gallon size zipper bag
- Add all ingredients and shake to stir
- Place potatoes in aluminum foil shiny side out and seal completely
- Grill for about 10 minutes
- Serve!
- Note: I added a few shakes of McCormick Grill Mate Mesquite flavor to these last time and it added a yummy flavor.
