I *love* making this appetizer because it is quick, can easily be doubled and it is adaptable for adding as much kick as you want. Easy party food or just good munching food. :D

I used to be a prep cook/dish washer in this wonderful little restaurant after school in Downtown Bandon Oregon, I couldn't believe it when people wasted their Shrimp cocktails ( how dare they!! LOL) I just love them. It was one of my favorite things to sneak and eat after everyone had left, along with a glass of that famous boxed wine :) Great post! and I will save it to test it out.
