Ingredients
- 25 grams cumin seeds
- 25 grams coriander seeds
- 25 grams red chili powder
- 50 grams dry mango powder
- 10 grams black pepper powder
- salt , 1 tbsp. black salt
- asafoetida
- 1 tsp. Citric acid.
Directions
- Roast cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Grind to powder. Mix all other powder. Mix asafoetida. Shift them and fill in the bottle.
