How to make it

  • Crush capers with the back of a knife, chop them and add them to the mayo and wasabi. Squeee in the lime juice and a few twists on the pepper grinder, mix with a teaspoon and there you go.
  • Add salt if you want, but there ought to be plenty in the fish/chips that you should be serving this with!
