Sara Stoltzfus Meatballs

- Serves 20-24 meatballs
these sound a little different to me. I like the combination of applesauce, dry mustard , and the soups for the sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 t salt shopping list
- 1 t pepper shopping list
- 1 t dry mustard shopping list
- 1 med onion, chopped small shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 C applesauce shopping list
- 2 C oatmeal or cornflakes shopping list
- SAUCE: shopping list
- 1 C water shopping list
- 1 C ketchup shopping list
- 2 cans celery OR mushroom soup shopping list
- Pinch brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- mix meatball ingredients well. form balls
- put into 13 x 9 pan
- cook all sauce ingredients for a few min, mix well
- pour over meatballs
- Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
