I take bilberry extract supplements for my eyes. I have the early stages of macular degeneration (both my parents have/had it), and it is reported to help with that. They have blueberries on sale this week so I'll substitute those for the bilberries and make this tomorrow morning. What a way to wake up! YUM!

I made these for the grandkids this weekend not once but twice. They loved them both times. The second time I made them I also added some mashed bananas to the whole thing. Thanks for a great post.
