How to make it

  • Mix the flour, cornstarch, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Blend in the butter until a soft dough is formed
  • If the dough is too soft to handle, cover and chill.
  • Shape into 3/4 inch balls.
  • Roll in the coconut.
  • Place 1 1/2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake at 300 F for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Makes about 3 dozen
