Red Sauce

- 2 32 oz cans of Whole Tomatoes shopping list
- 1 Medium Vidalia Onion shopping list
- 4-8 Cloves of garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil shopping list
- 3 tsp sugar shopping list
- 2 Tsp salt shopping list
- 2 Tsp pepper shopping list
- 3 Tsp Oregano shopping list
- 1/2 cup wine shopping list
How to make it
- Throw all ingredients, except wine, seasonings and sugar into a food processor.
- Pulse until all ingredients are minced or smaller.
- Pore into a sauce pan.
- Turn heat on medium, and slowly bring to boil.
- Add wine, seasonings and sugar.
- Simmer until ready to use.
