How to make it

  • CUT POTATOES INTO BITE SIZE CHUNKS
  • MIX YOGHURT, MAYONNAISE, MUSTARD, SUGAR AND SALAD ONIONS TOGETHER
  • POUR MIXTURE OVER POTATOES AND TOSS TO COAT WELL
  • SEASON THE POTATO MIX
  • HEAT A LITTLE OIL IN A PAN AND FRY SAUSAGES UNTIL GOLDEN, OR CHARGRILL IN A GRIDDLE PAN
  • SERVE SAUSAGES WITH POTATO SALAD
  • ENJOY :)
