- 250 ML YOGHURT (I LIKE GREEK/BAVARIAN YOGHURT AND OTHERS PREFERE LOW-FAT IT IS YOUR CHOICE) shopping list
- 125 ML MAYONAISE shopping list
- 45 ML WHOLEGRAIN MUSTARD shopping list
- 10 ML WHITE SUGAR shopping list
- 80 G SALAD ONIONS CHOPPED (OR I USE 2 ONIONS) shopping list
- SALT shopping list
- GROUND PEPPER shopping list
- OLIVE OIL, FOR FRYING shopping list
How to make it
- CUT POTATOES INTO BITE SIZE CHUNKS
- MIX YOGHURT, MAYONNAISE, MUSTARD, SUGAR AND SALAD ONIONS TOGETHER
- POUR MIXTURE OVER POTATOES AND TOSS TO COAT WELL
- SEASON THE POTATO MIX
- HEAT A LITTLE OIL IN A PAN AND FRY SAUSAGES UNTIL GOLDEN, OR CHARGRILL IN A GRIDDLE PAN
- SERVE SAUSAGES WITH POTATO SALAD
