Pecan Soup

- 1 c. of chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 c. of milk shopping list
- 1/2 c. of breadcrumbs shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. of flour shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. of butter shopping list
- 3 c. of vegetable stock, ideally home-made shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. of mace shopping list
- 1/3 c. of light cream shopping list
- 1/4 c. of finely chopped parsley shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- First you want to add the pecans, milk, breadcrumbs and flour in a saucepan.
- Now let this come to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Then you wan to remove immediately from the flame.
- Take a pan and melt the butter and stir in the milk mixture.
- Then you can blend in the stock and mace.
- Let this come to a boil and immediately lower the flame and simmer gently fapprox. for 5 min..
- Next you will add in the cream, salt and pepper, pour into individual serving bowls and garnish each with parsley.
- This is best served hot!.
