How to make it

  • First you want to add the pecans, milk, breadcrumbs and flour in a saucepan.
  • Now let this come to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Then you wan to remove immediately from the flame.
  • Take a pan and melt the butter and stir in the milk mixture.
  • Then you can blend in the stock and mace.
  • Let this come to a boil and immediately lower the flame and simmer gently fapprox. for 5 min..
  • Next you will add in the cream, salt and pepper, pour into individual serving bowls and garnish each with parsley.
  • This is best served hot!.
