How to make it

  • In a large glass bowl blend the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, mustard, mint, oregano and salt and pepper.
  • Mix to combine and place Pork chops in the mixture. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hrs. or overnight until ready to use.
  • Meanwhile make the dip. Puree all dip ingredients in food processor until smooth. Transfer dip to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Grill chops on both sides until desired doneness. Discard remaining marinade.
  • Serve pork chops with dip on the side. Enjoy!
