Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Lightly brush a 2 quart baking dish with olive oil (do not use a casserole pan as it does not cook well) (use a baking dish)
  • In medium bowl, toss corn, red pepper, onion, cheeses, flour, mustard, salt & garlic till mixed
  • In another bowl, whisk eggs with milk
  • Stir egg mixture into corn mixture (make sure mixed)
  • Pour into prepared pan
  • Top with addition shredded cheeses
  • Bake for 45 minutes or till set

    Question for you... do you use freshly grated Parmesan cheese or the Parmesan cheese in a shaker? I want to try this!

    this sounds yummy. I grill corn directly on the bbq(charcoal) Think I will try this recipe with the grilled corn....can't wait to try it.
