How to make it

  • 1. Arange the lobsters and throw the lobster meat in a bowl
  • 2. Cut the meat into big pieces (DON'T TOUCH THE GRIPS)
  • 3. Chop the shallots and the celery then throw it with the lobster and add the mayonaise, and the seasoning
  • 4. Put some butter on the sides of the hot dog bun and let it grill for about 2 minutes
  • 5. Add the mixture in the buns !

    One of my favorite foods! Here in Missouri, I can't get those great buns they use for lobster rolls, so I usually use croissants. Thanks for the post!
