Shrimp Tapas And Calabrese Sausage

- 16 small raw shrimp shopping list
- 16 really thin slices of Calabrese sausage or Chorizo shopping list
- 1 tb spoon of olive oil shopping list
- For the salsa: shopping list
- 1/2 fresh avocado, diced shopping list
- 1 small tomato diced shopping list
- 1 small pod of garlic thinly diced shopping list
- 1 tb spoon of fresh cilantro, chopped shopping list
- 1 tb spoon of olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of xeres vinegar, normal vinegar shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Put the chorizo in alternation with the shrimps on 4 small skewers. Cook in olive oil until the shrimps are well done.
- 2. Mix all the salsa ingredients in a bowl and softly dispose them in small glasses. Insert the skewers vertically in the glasses. Serve after, do not wait and leave them in the fridge !
