I had to sub for the sausage indicated, because I just couldn't find it. I looked it up online and decided on a premium hard salami which was spicy, but not traditionally Italian spicy like pepperoni. Anyway, it was fantastic. I doubled all the salsa ingredients, though, because I was serving two for lunch, rather than just a "tapas". I grilled the shrimp in the shells to retain maximum flavor and I did sub lime juice for the acid in the salsa, for personal preference. Simple, clean, fresh flavors. Perfect for a summer day. Thank you for a great light lunch! :)
