How to make it

  • PREHEAT oven to 450
  • 1. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment
  • 2. Season both sides of fish with salt and pepper
  • 3. In a small bowl, whisk the sour cream, white wine, Tabasco, lemon juice and mustard. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the cream lemon-mustard sauce over each salmon filet.
  • 4. Bake the salmon for 14 minutes (or until center is done)
