Salmon Bake With Creamy Lemon Mustard Sauce

- 4 salmon Filets, about 5-6 oz each shopping list
- salt, to taste shopping list
- white pepper, to taste, (I substituted smoked paprika) shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons light sour cream shopping list
- 2 tablespoons white wine (don't use cooking wine) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco, or other hot sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons whole-grain or Dijon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- PREHEAT oven to 450
- 1. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment
- 2. Season both sides of fish with salt and pepper
- 3. In a small bowl, whisk the sour cream, white wine, Tabasco, lemon juice and mustard. Spoon 2 tablespoons of the cream lemon-mustard sauce over each salmon filet.
- 4. Bake the salmon for 14 minutes (or until center is done)
