Alabama White BBQ Sauce

Change it up at your next BBQ! Sauce with a clean fresh zing. This is a white BBQ Sauce no red base.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1-1 1/2 Tbs. black pepper, depends on you shopping list
- 1/4 tps. cayenne pepper, here is the zing but not too much shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 8 hours for beat result (you can use it pretty quickly however in a pinch). Brush lightly or marinate over chicken, turkey or pork. If brushing lightly do last few minutes of grilling. Can be used as a dipping sauce as well.
- This amount easily covers 6 pieces of chicken so you can adjust accordingly if you are marinating or just brushing it on.

Big Bob's Secret Sauce....it is so good. One of our favorite ways to cook that chicken. It actually makes a pretty good dipping sauce for some smoking wings...bake them in a dry rub and use this as the dip instead of blue cheese for a little twist....more
