How to make it

  • Plum Baste:
  • Pit and puree plums.
  • Combine all but last 2 ingredients; simmer 15 mins. Makes 2 cups sauce
  • Brush chicken with oil or butter and place over coals for about 5 min. to sear;turn.
  • Brush with Plum baste and turn every 3-5 mins. brushing with baste each turn. Cooking time is ABOUT 40 min.
