Lots of vegetables, lots of hearty taste--your crockpot will love you for making this one. You can't pass this one up if you're a fan of vinegar.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 medium head red cabbage shredded
  • 1 small onion finely chopped

Directions
  1. In your crockpot, combine sugar, flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in water and vinegar.
  3. Add cabbage and onion and stir to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours.
