How to make it

  • 1.Heat oil in skillet. Once warm add hotdogs. Fry hotdogs until golden brown and beginning to crisp, stirring frequently. Place chilies and sauce and blend until smooth.
  • 2.Once hotdogs are brown drain oil. Add chilie sauce and juice of lime. Cook about 2 more minutes and remove from heat.
  • 3.Serve with rice and tortillas

    I had a long day and wanted something quick and this was a perfect answer. This was really good! I didn't serve it with tortillas but I do think it would be good in a tortilla with maybe some cabbage and radishes. More in IMI. 5/17/15.
