    Lime Chili Fried Hotdogs
I really liked this. I cut the recipe in half - used four hot dogs. "Place chilies and sauce and blend until smooth" quite confused me. I just took one chili and some sauce and smooshed it all up until I had one tablespoon of sauce and smashed chili. I used one lime. This wasn't too hot for me - it was just right. Maybe the lime juice cuts the heat.
I bought really good quality hot dogs this week. Sheesh, are they expensive. $6.49 for eight hot dogs. I could have had a little steak for that. I don't eat hot dogs very often and the cheapy ones scare me so I splurged. :)

Oh I missed this post yesterday! Did you use Applegate brand wienies? I would have been confused on what "blend" meant for the chili's and sauce too. I wouldn't think blender since it's such a small amount, so I think what you did was fine. Only you could make hot dogs look so good in a picture :)

Thank you, Michelle. I used Nathan's hot dogs because they were skinless. I figured they would be better as I was eating them kinda on their own. :)

Yeah Applegates the same way...and about the same price. They have some great lunch meat too!
