Honey And Barbecue Glazed Drummies

- A package of at least 10 chicken legs shopping list
- Marinade: shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 4 Tablespoons of red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon course ground salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 2 teaspoons oregano shopping list
- Baste: shopping list

- Your favorite barbecue sauce( I would recommend one with a little heat. It goes great with the honey baste. You don't really want to use a honey barbecue sauce because you will be adding more honey) or you can add a bit of hot sauce to the barbecue sauce. shopping list
How to make it
- Coat chicken legs well with marinade ingredients. Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Get bastes ready: in two medium separate containers add honey to one container and barbecue or hot sauce to other. Prep grill. After 30 min. of marinade the chicken is ready for the grill.
- Place chicken on grill and then baste with honey by brushing it on each one. Let cook 5 min. and then rotate and baste with more honey. Cook 5 more minutes then rotate and baste with barbecue sauce. Cook 5 min. rotate and baste with barbecue sauce. Cook 5 more minutes and give final glaze of honey to chicken. Chicken should be done (total cook time of about 20 min.) You want a bit of black crispiness on the outside of delightful honey sweetness.
