Fettuccine Alfredo

- 10 oz. cream cheese, cut in bits shopping list
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped garlic (or 1/4 teaspoon granulated/powdered garlic) shopping list
- 1/2 cup plus 2 teaspoons milk shopping list
- 8 oz. fettuccine, cooked and drained shopping list
- garlic salt, ground black pepper, Grated parmesan cheese(out of can) (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- In large saucepan combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter, milk and garlic stirring constantly until smooth.
- Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well.
- (optional) Sprinkle with some garlic salt, black pepper, Parmesan Cheese.
- Leftovers can be frozen.
