How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Grease a baking pan large enough to hold 6 slices bread in a single layer
  • Whisk milk, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla in bowl
  • Dip each 6 pieces of bread in mixture and coat each side before placing in the prepared pan
  • Spread blueberries over the bread
  • Dip the remaining 6 slices of bread and arrange over the berries
  • Cover dish with foil and bake 20 minutes
  • Uncover dish and bake until the top is golden
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar
  • Cut into six servings
  • Per serving: 235 calories and 2 g fat

    Even though it says "Good For You" it still sounds good. And I should be eating healthy once in a while. : )
