Lobster And Crab Cakes With Wild Blueberries

- 1/2 cup shredded potatoes, place in cold warer and rinse and pat dry until used in the recipe shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup crabmeat, cleaned shopping list
- 1/2 cup lobster meat shopping list
- 2 Tbs oatmeal shopping list
- 1- 2 Tbs dried blueberries shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- oil to fry shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs
- chop up seafood meat into chunks
- combine with eggs
- add oats and berries and potatoes
- season to taste
- Shape into 4 cakes as appetizers or into 2 cakes for a main course
- Cook in hot oil about 3 minutes per side or until nicely browned
- If knife tip inserted comes out dry, they are done!
- Note: one may use fresh bluberries but this will color the batter if you don't mind, dried ones prevent color in the the mixture
