Sweet Corn Pudding

- 1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 tbs cornstarch shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 (1-pound) can cream-style corn shopping list
- 1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk shopping list
- butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat overn to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- Combine sugar and cornstarch in medium bowl. Add eggs, corn, and milk; mix well. Turn into baking dish and dot generously with butter.
- Bake until center of pudding is almost firm; about an hour.
