How to make it

  • Chutney: Melt butter in nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add apple;saute 4 mins or till lightly browned. Add cranberries and next 6 ingredients;bring to boil. Reduce heat,and simmer 8 mins or till apples are tender;stir occasionally.
  • Pork :While chutney simmers ,heat grill pan over med-high heat. Combine chipolte and next 4 ingredients;sprinkle over pork. Coat grill pan with spray. Add pork;cook 4 mins. on ea. side or till done. Serve with chutney.
  • Slender haricots verts are a nice sompliment to this meal.
