Cappuccino Doughnut Bars

- 1-1/4 c flour shopping list
- 3/4 c sugar shopping list
- 1/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 2TB instant espresso powder shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 c buttermilk shopping list
- 4 TB unsalted butter,melted shopping list
- cheesecake layer: shopping list
- 2 pkgs. cream cheese ,softened(8oz.ea.) shopping list
- 1/2 c sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 c coffee flavored liquer(such as Kahlua) shopping list
- 1 c chopped chocolate covered coffee beans shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350'
- Lightly coat a 9x13" baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Whisk together flour,3/4 c sugar,cocoa,espresso powder,baking powder,,cinnamon,baking soda,salt,and nutmeg for the doughnut layer in a large bowl;set aside.
- Combine buttermilk and butter in measuring cup;stir into flour mixture till combined. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 c sugar for the cheesecake layer in a bowl with hand mixer on med. speed until combined. Add eggs and liquer,beating until smooth 5 mins;pour over doughnut layer.
- Bake cheesecake until set,about 25 mins. Remove pan from oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle chocolate covered coffee beans over cheesecake. Refrigerate dessert until cool,cut into squares and serve.
- Store any remaining bars in refrigerator.
