Waterchestnut and Cane with Lotus Roots Drink

- Waterchestnuts: skinned shopping list
- 2 Canes; chopped into sections shopping list
- 1 smal section of Lotus roots; skinned and sliced shopping list
- Rock sugar to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients except rock sugar into a pot of water.
- When the water starts to boil, turn to low fire and brew for 3 hours.
- Add rock sugar to taste.
- Serve when cooled.
