Ridiculously easy and an incredible blast of flavour! The orangey flavour of the grand marnier perfectly compliments the sole. Awesome over rice ...

Awesome recipe. Can't wait to spring this on my family who are absolute sole fanatics. This one sounds scrumptious.

You probably already know my weakness for Grand Marnier - this is a MUST TRY...great one!

Fantastic! Loved it! I served it to a table of 6 tonight...everyone loved it. One thing I did add to the butter was lots of crushed garlic...mostly because that's just a habit of mine. I also served it on a bed of mixed wild rice (including Black Japonica) for colour, and pan seared zuchini medallions. I've been using Grand Marnier & cracked pepper with Jumbo shrimp for almost 20 yrs now...it was fantastic to figure out how to use it elsewhere! Oh, one more thing...I forgot the Almonds! :( I can't believe I did that! Next time for sure...it would have made a big difference, I'm sure. Thank you!

Tried this one tonight. My husband and I loved it. The sauce was great (added some salt and fresh cracked black pepper). Served with Almond Rice Pilaf. Yum!
