Raspberry and Peach Cake

- 175g butter shopping list
- 175g golden caster sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 225g Self-raising flour shopping list
- 1tsp baking powder shopping list
- Grated rind 1 orange shopping list
- 4tbsp reduced-fat creme fraiche shopping list
- 1 firm peach shopping list
- 100g raspberries shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180'c/160'c fan/Gas 4.
- Line the base of a 9in/27cm round cake tin with greaseproof paper.
- place the butter, sugar,eggs, flour, baking powder, orange rind and creme fraiche into a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
- Spread the mixture in the cake tin. Remove the stone from the peach and cut into chunks, then scatter on top of the cake with the raspberries.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden and firm to the touch. Turn out when cool
