This is the greatest & simplest baked bread you can make

Ingredients
  • 3 Cups self-rising flour
  • 3 tbsps sugar, white brown or Canadian maple syrup
  • 1 bottle Negro Modello medium - dark beer
  • 2 tbsps unsalted butter

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. grease a 9 x 5 X 3 loaf pan
  3. mix all ingredients together & add to pan
  4. bake for 45 min in center of oven
  5. brush butter on top
  6. bake for an additional 15 min
  7. Optional: add a small chunks of old cheese to pan and insert into batter
  8. Note: same recipe can be used in muffin tin
