How to make it

  • shred or grate all veggies, i use a food processor with a shredd blade
  • add to 13 by 9 pan
  • process crackers and butter and cheese together til a sandy crumb or loose dough develops
  • mix cream cheese and yogurt together with spices and add along with half the crumb mixture to veggies
  • pat mixture down in pan and sprinkle the rest of the crumb mixture on top. bake at 350* for 35 minutes or til very golden brown. let cool for a few minutes then dig in and dont feel guilty!
