How to make it

  • Heat oven to 400F. Spray 8-in square baking dish.
  • In medium bowl, whisk together flour and milk; beat in egg whites, margarine, and salt. Pour into sprayed dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 mins or until puffed and golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, in small saucepan, heat apples, jelly, water, and cinnamon over low heat until jelly is melted and mixture is hot, stirring frequently.
  • Immediately after removing from oven, cut into fourths and serve with hot topping.
