Dolly Parton's 5 Layer Dinner

I had to post this, good simple comforting flavors, and very easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced potatoes shopping list
- 2 cups extra lean ground beef (I use ground turkey breast) shopping list
- 1 cup sliced onions shopping list
- 2 cups cooked tomatoes (I use canned stewed tomatoes with the juice ) shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- 1 sliced green bell pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Layer & season each layer (with salt & pepper to taste) potatoes, ground meat, onions, & tomatoes in a 2 quart cassarole. (I spray cassarole dish with cooking spray)
- Garnish with sliced green peppers. Cover & bake for 2 hours @ 350 degrees.
